Jogging


Jogging is a good leisure activity and sport. Every evening I will try my best to make my time to go jogging.
After sweating and straining my muscle, I feel relax and refresh!! Personally, I enjoy jogging and I like jogging very much because it brings benefits to me:

A) Train up my body
As I jog, my body get stronger and stronger. I can feel that something is changing within me. My body start to change in a good way. It become more and more flexible and endurable. Even the air I breath is different, this is the most important point as personally I am very particular in the quality of my breathing. My lung capacity become more and more bigger.

B) Sharpen my mind
As I jog, my mind start to move and moving inner. AS I jog, something Great is happening in my brain!! The chemical, the ion, the neurotransmitter and the hormon in my brain, YES!! It is moving and charging in a very fantasting way!! More and more of the neuro in my brain grow and make a new pathway and linkage!! I can feel the fluidness of my brain as I continue to train up myself through jogging.

C) A time of quiteness
My life is full of hustle and bustle. I have a lot of things in my life and I am out of control of it because it is full of challenges and demand from people. It is chaotic. So, in this jogging time is actually the best time for me to quite down myself. As I quite down myself, I start to have the inner peace. As I have the inner peace, my awareness of the things around me start to grow. I start to aware. My eyes can able to see the things moving aroung me, my ears can hear the tiny sound in my daily life, my feeling start to connect with my awareness and I start to accept my own feeling. My brain start to work and generate and connect the outer world and also the inner world of me. I can do evaluation in my life, I can aware my thought, not matter is negative or positive. Oh God!! As this point I just realize that a lot of time, my mind full of a lot of negative and unadaptive thought and irrational belief which impair my functioning.
With jogging, I can have peace, awareness, evaluation and have a inner communication with my true self.

From this three point, can see that jogging is very valuable and beneficial to me. How about you??

Highest Purpose

I always what to develop myself.
I always insecure with my own ability

I always struggle and think of which area I should develop and how I develop.
I am expecting and doing hard in developing that area that I want and eventually I fail because I am too focus on it.

Today what I learned is that we have to do things for a highest purpose.
With a highest purpose, we will not care too much of our own ability, skill or anythings
What is in our mind is just our highest purpose.

And eventually we will able to do a lot of things and dare to do it
We will step out from our comfort zone and have a lot of breakthrough without we notice
Because we are fighting for the highest purpose

With a highest purpose
Our life become more meaningful

Self-Help

Sometimes what you learn and what you know cannot really help you. I know hypnosis, I know what a successful person should have and should be. But I can't help myself even though I know such valueable and powerful tools.When I want to apply self-hypnosis to help and boost myself, I don't know where I need to start. I don't know where I can start.

Self-acceptance? Self-esteem? Health? Self-control? Root-cause? Brain power? Bad habit? or any other root cause that I don't know? I don't know where to start and how to start. Where to get the discipline to start? Where to get the motivation to start?

Man cannot stand alone. Man cannot live more success alone. Man cannot achieve highest well-being alone. I need a mentor, I need to guider that guide me according to what I want. I hope I can have a "client-centred coach" to monitor and help me to make me success and achieve my well-being!!

Lost Direction

I need to admit that I lost direction and control in my life.

I don't know when it started to happen. I no longer stand strong on my own previous principle. What I have done is just to please people, to fulfil people's expectation and people's value. I no longer do things for my own. At the same time, I scare to lose the things that I am having now.

Many areas in my life are chaos and out of my control. I don't have the desire and power to control it back. I feel that I don't have energy anymore and end up with grumble and hatred.

What I can do to gain my control back? What I can do to make my heart so cruel and wicked? What I can do to just live my life freely? What I can do to conqueer myself? To control over my own body and mind?

I am a weak spirit.

What I want to do it my life

People said, write down all of the things that you want to do or achieve in your life and you will eventually get it. So today I might want to write down what I want to do in my life:

1. Be a success hypnotherapist
2. Be a motivator
3. Be a life coach
4. Be a rich man
5. Achieve self-actualization
6. Bag pack to at least 3 countries
7. Travel all over the world when have money
8. Become an author
9. Raise 3 inteligent and special kids
10. Open one farm in foreign country and hire people to manage it
11. Have a resort
12. Build up a foundation
13. Meet with the great caoches and motivators and hypnotherapist in the world. like Anthony Robbins, John Grinder, Richard Bandler etc
14. Learn Qi Gong
15. Enjoy half retired life after 50 with my wife
16. Open a chocolate shop with my own brand
17. Have a pet, Miniature Schnauzer


 So far write until 17 first. Will be added later on.
At the end of time, how many I can achieve? I wish is all of it.

Hypnosis is a game playing with our mind. We can use hypnosis to talking with our unconscious mind and tell him what we want. It sounds good right?

Whatever thing in your life, just communicate with your unconscious mind to play with it well.

The World Within Me

The world within me is a chaotic world. A world that full of thoughts, ideas, conflicts, doubts and contradiction. I realize that it is happening inside of me and I not even know why I have create a such model of world within me.

Awareness is always good. I accept that my model of world is chaotic. I decide to change. I want to face it
and solve it, I am going to enjoy the whole process of changing.

A New Start

First of all, this blog is planed for my personal blogging. Its function as my releasing of my feeling and thoughts and also a recording of my journey in learning hypnosis.
